Known issues for this generation

In March 2026, NHTSA acknowledged safety recall 26V112 for 2024 Prologues (and the related 2024 Acura ZDX): a software error may cause the instrument panel display to fail, hiding critical safety information such as the speedometer or warning lights, and a software error may also cause the rearview camera to display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse. Dealers update the vehicle's radio control module software free of charge. A second recall (26V306, May 2026) covers 2024-2025 Prologues whose rearview camera screen may display a distorted or blank image; dealers replace the rearview camera at no charge.
