Summary General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2021 Chevrolet Malibu, 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, Blazer and Cadillac XT4 vehicles. The driver's seat cushion frame may have an improper weld in the power tilt-adjustment mechanism.

Remedy Dealers will inspect the driver's seat and replace the cushion frame, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2022. Owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020 or Cadillac customer service at 1-800-458-8006. GM's number for this recall is N212356050.

Recall 20V668000 covers certain 2019-2020 XT4 vehicles among a large multi-model start/stop accumulator campaign where the endcap may have missing bolts, which can lead to a transmission oil leak and loss of propulsion; dealers inspect and replace the accumulator if bolts are missing. Recall 22V868000 covers certain 2019-2020 XT4 vehicles with optional Surround Vision whose video processing module may lose communication with the rearview camera; dealers update VPM software or replace the VPM. Recall 20V588000 covers certain 2020 XT4 vehicles (with Corvette, CT4, CT5, Trailblazer, and Encore GX) for electronic brake-boost sensor contamination that can interrupt communication and lose brake-boost assist; dealers replace the electronic brake boost module.
