Known issues for this generation
NHTSA recall 22V-181 covers certain 2021 Voyager vehicles (with 2021-2022 Pacifica also listed; 1,160 units across the campaign): the second-row seat-to-floor mounting latch may bind and stick open so the seat does not secure to the floor. Dealers inspect and, if needed, replace the second-row seat cushion frame. Recall 24V-793 covers certain 2020-2021 and 2023 Voyager vehicles (with 2020-2023 Pacifica; 26 units) where an improperly secured side-curtain air-bag connector may prevent deployment; dealers secure the connector. Recall 26V-189 covers certain 2022-2026 Voyager and Pacifica vehicles (293,264 units) whose side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams; dealers replace the bags as needed. That campaign expands and replaces 25V-302.
